Had an awesome time with friends at this hotel. Perfect spot, close to everything—like the Maritime Terminal and Gran Coyote Golf. Rooms are comfy and clean. Just a heads up, the shower takes a bit to get hot. Overall, great vibes and totally recommended for a group getaway!
Breakfast options were super limited, especially on the second day—no omelettes!

charming, charming, charming
We arrived earlier than check-in and were pleasantly surprised with a ready room—better yet, it had a lovely balcony! The traditional Spanish decor created such a warm ambiance, and the comfortable bed made for delightful sleep. The location is perfect, it’s tucked away on a quiet street but still just a stone's throw from everything exciting!
do recommend 🥰🌟

Great location but breakfast needs improvement
I stayed for 3 nights in a King Room, and I really appreciated the convenience of being so close to local attractions. The staff was friendly and made check-in a breeze, but the breakfast options were quite limited, especially on my second day with no omelettes available. Overall, it's a decent place to crash, but expect minimal choices for breakfast.

We enjoyed family outings to Playa del Carmen Maritime Terminal and had a great time exploring the vibrant local shops. The hotel’s location made it easy for us to reach the beach and nearby attractions without any hassle.
My kids wished there were more activities for families. A play area or family-friendly events would have made our stay even better.

Good Location and Spacious Rooms, but No Peace
Great for nightlife enthusiasts! My King Room was spacious and clean, perfect for my solo adventure. However, loud noises from the street and neighboring rooms made it hard to sleep. If you're seeking tranquility, consider other options. Make sure to visit nearby eateries for delicious meals!

We had a lovely time staying in a spacious queen suite, and my nephew loved relaxing on the patio with the city lights shimmering around us. The pool was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The nearby late-night eatery served a great clubhouse sandwich. One minor downside was a faint smell near the pool area that didn't really bother us, though. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy getaway! 🏖️

During my stay, I appreciated the proximity to the main street. I had an enjoyable breakfast nearby with a taste of local cuisine, which felt authentic. The location made it easy to explore the area without much hassle. My room had unique decor that reflected the local culture, adding to the experience. My partner and I made the most of our time here and liked that we had several options for activities close by.
The shower took a while to get hot, and the absence of a refrigerator made it difficult to store drinks. These minor inconveniences detracted from an otherwise good experience, but they are things to be aware of while planning.

The location is killer, with sizzling steaks just a skip away at La Frontera. their flavors hit all the right notes! The cleanliness of the property is another highlight, making you feel right at home.
But boy, the noise level can be too much, especially with late-night revelers. Also, the room had some hiccups—filthy lamp shades and a TV that was just a prop. Getting towels was an adventure, and no shower mat? That's just asking for trouble.

The King Room was pretty spacious, and the bed was super comfy. I loved the new air conditioning and the shower pressure was a nice surprise—it was really strong! The hotel had this cool wooden vibe going on, which made the room feel warm and inviting. Only thing was the bathroom felt a bit compact but still workable.
